How to install this SupportCenter?

Just unzip the file's contents into a new directory somewhere on your hard drive.
Upload all files into a new directory somewhere on your webserver.

Setup your database connection.
You have to adjust the database connectionstring like this:

Open the file: "admin\include\db.asp" with any texteditor
adjust the physical database connectionstring "C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\supportcenter\admin\db\supportcenter.mdb"
IF you dont know your physical path, you can run the host.asp
For example: "http://www.yourdomain.com/supportcenter/admin/db/host.asp."
Your physical path will be displayed.

Using GoogleSitemap
If you are member of Google WebmasterTools, you can use a finished sitemap file for all articles.

Open the "sitemap.asp" with any texteditor
Enter your domain name like that: url = "http://www.yourdomain.com"
